Simon has been working within the fitness industry over 10 years. His undeniable passion for his field has helped him work with clients as a coach 121, lecture for the Royal Navy across the UK, teach to over 150 people at fitness events and also write articles for Athletics weekly and Fighters only magazine.

After completing his bachelor’s degree in Sports Coaching at Oxford Brookes University, Simon took his love and passion for health and fitness into the personal training industry. Simon strives to be the best role model possible for his clients, challenging himself with adventure races to obstacle courses every year. Completing over 50 running events in the last 4 years, he continues to put his mind and body to the test. Some of his biggest achievements include climbing Kilimanjaro and running the Marathon Des Sables.

As a keen intellect and athlete, Simon continues to learn and keep up to date with all the latest training methods and to incorporate them into his own training and into the programmes delivered to his clients. As a result of his learning and experience he is able to help you see your improvements, your fat or weight loss, showing you that all the hard work is worth it.

Simon helps drive his clients to achieve their goals using programmes designed to suit and adapt to work and family life. His clients have found that through their new found fitness they were able to help change much more than just their ability to run 5 km or lift weights. Known as a transformation specialist, Simon’s clients not only change their physical fitness but their life styles too. Promotions at work, new found friendship, improved family life and general positivity in day-to-day activity. Motivation radiates off him and more importantly the people he trains.
