Jack Robinson

Personal Trainer

Jack has been working in the fitness industry for over 5 years since graduating from university in 2009. He has worked as a personal trainer at Fitness First in Cheltenham, David Lloyd in Oxford and now takes up a position at Priority 6 where he will be specialising in sport specific training, injury rehabilitation and Olympic lifting. Jack comes to Priority 6 to work in a cutting edge facility with a friendly environment where nothing but excellence is demanded.

In the last 2 years Jack has been working with Oxford United’s Development Squad writing strength programs and coaching Olympic lifting. This role has led to a position as the Youth Teams Strength & Conditioning Coach for the 2014/15 season.

Jacks passion for his job is demonstrated in his attention to detail and consistent results that he achieves with all his athletes. He tailors every session specifically to the needs of each client and is always researching new and interesting techniques to keep his methods fresh and exciting. Jacks philosophy with his clients is to train like an athlete. Just because you’re not professional – doesn’t mean you can’t train like a professional.

Jack has a huge passion for sport and currently plays national league rugby for Oxford Harlequins. He is also an associate of the UK Strength & Conditioning Association and hopes to complete a master’s degree in sports science within the next few years.

Jack challenges his clients to be consistent, hardworking and honest. And with the addition of a simple, effective and periodic training program, he believes they can achieve anything they want:
