OC’s Evening Supplement Routine And A Few Reasons Why!
Multigenics Without Iron
This is my Multivit, I’m a big fan of a multi. I do not subscribe to the ‘if you eat a balanced diet then you don’t need one BS’. In this day and age with our stress levels and environmental toxins, my research has led me to believe it’s worth spending my money on. Especially as winter kicks in, why not give your body the extra its and minerals it needs to fight against illness and increase the immune system.
All hormones affected are effected when OPTIMAL levels of magnesium are not present.
- Estrogen will not be detoxified
- Dha sulphate levels never reach optimum, mother of sex hormones.
- Can’t manage insulin as effectively without optimal magnesium.
- Cortisol, hyper reactive to stress without mag.
Basically its a freaking good thing to have OPTIMAL levels!
More importantly Eskimo 3 Fish oil, it’s a fantastic supplement. Great for aiding fat loss, reduce inflammation in the body. It ‘turns on’ fat burning messages and ‘turns off’ fat storage messages. I would say its my number 1 or 2 supplement I just wouldn’t skimp on quality.
If you want:
Strong bones, increased muscle mass, reduced body fat, increase in muscular power, reduced skin disorders, insulin sensitivity, increased libido, faster cognitive thought, optimal female sex hormones, to be happy and not depressed, optimal immune function, healthy kidneys, and to prevent obesity…. Vitamin D3 should be on your supplement shelf.
A poliquin brand supplement i came across when they trialled it a few years ago. Sinew Plex provides multiple benefits including inhibiting pro-inflammatory activities of the COX-2 enzymes while preserving its beneficial qualities such as protecting the intestinal lining. I use it to help protect my joints in what is a fairly high demand environment.
CL-Ox in conjunction with Sinew Plex, additionally combats systemic inflammation, helping keep fascia healthy and pliable. This stack will also reduce the risk of injury which for myself at the moment is paramount!
Not pictured is my fibre supplement. (Lepicol) Its a wonderful fibre supplement. Can either be taken in pill or powder format. I prefer powder as its then utilised quicker and less breakdown needed by the gut.
