I started training with Simon in August 2011. At the time I was 74Kg and 18.5% Body fat. Within 8 short months I was down to 10.3% body fat and was 69.5Kg. Results that I am still maintaining.
I train twice a week with Simon and have a training program to follow for the days in which I do not have a session booked. The training has changed over time as my goals have changed from fat loss to strength training. With the training I also received nutritional guidance. I have set foods and times in which to eat them for the best results. When I first started this was very important as I didn’t have much knowledge on nutrition & the knowledge I gained was just as important as the training and techniques I was leaning in the gym. I feel that our weekly sessions keep me in a routine and the measurement sessions each month help me to see my results and keep me focused.
